Waterloo, Iowa, October 19, 2010 – Crossroads Center’s Halloween Trick-or-Treating will be held from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 31.  Mr. Nick will be handing out balloon animals to all the kids who visit him in JCPenney Court.  Halloween costume contest via Facebook will take place between October 25 - November 7.
