Crossroads Mall features the following services and amenities:

Children’s Play Area – Visit the Lil’ Crossroads Play area on the lower level.

Copy/Fax Service – Available in the Mall Management Office

Local Attractions Visitor Info – The Waterloo/Cedar Falls Visitors Guide is available in the mall office

Lost and Found – Inquire at the mall management office or Security after business hours

Transportation Schedules – Buses stop on the East Side of the mall on the lower level and come at 25 after and 55 after the hour between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Wheelchairs are available in the Crossroads Mall management office. These are provided free of charge. They are released on a “first come, first served” basis. After business hours, Security may be contacted (319) 231‑9225.
